Coming soon!Many were lacking critical features. Others had a test system on their site that, contrary to their intentions I'm sure, exposed serious flaws. Eventually I settled on one that came highly recommended, only to see it turn into a maintenance nightmare as I found and fixed bug after bug in it's poorly organized code.
I soon decided to revert to my original plan and write my own system. When I'm done, you'll see it here.

This book is a must-own. You need to be able actually get out there and find these positions and books simply can't do that for you. Newspaper classifieds are OK, but in larger cities you need more up to date information than they can provide. It's usually best to get job postings directly from a businesses webs...

This book was a great help with my helpdesk experience. While useful I found http://www.Helpdeskcrossing.com to be an invaluable resource when looking for a job to apply this book to. I highly recommend that website in addition to this book, a great combo!
